Methodology
Phase 1 ~ DELVE
A collaborative and engaging immersion into your business using a range of research methods, interviews and workshops. The type and length of these depend on your objectives and scope.
Phase 2 ~ DISTIL
A ‘sort and sift’ process to extract the valuable data that leads to meaningful insights.
Phase 3 ~ DEFINE
With insights gathered, the bones of your brand start to align. Your vision, mission, values, story, audience, personality, and voice become clear, and I’ll write up the ones you’d like (or the ones we agree are necessary for your objectives).
Phase 4 ~ DECLARE
Claim your market position through various elements like your tagline, value proposition, positioning statement, promise and core messages.
Phase 5 ~ DELIVER
The composition phase, involving drafting, revisions, approval and project review.
Phase 6 ~ EDUCATE & EVALUATE
Once your new set of words and brand voice guide arrives, you have the option to engage in a 1:1 training session, followed by an optional evaluation session after 6 months to assess effectiveness.
